Hills Pedestal Bowl

Introducing the Hills pedestal bowl, the perfect centrepiece to your dining table or to showcase your fruit in your kitchen.

Inspired by the hilly landscapes of the South Downs, our Hills pedestal bowl is made white stoneware clay. The inside is coated in a light blue slip to represent the sky when you reach the hill summit and the exterior is coated in a light pink slip to reflect a sunset over the chalky peaks. The abstract hill design is create using a wax resist pattern so you can feel the raw clay after the glaze is applied. A lovely rich forest green glaze is on the outside and a glossy transparent on the inside.
